Bayambang’s 7,092 indigents receive free medical services

THE Bayambang local government in partnership with Philippine Medical Society of Northern California provide free medical services to 7,092 patients during the town’s Grand Medical Mission last January 16-21, 2024 at Pavillion 1 of St. Vincent Ferrer Prayer Park.

The medical mission provided a range of services of major surgeries including: mastectomy, amputation, biopsy, breast surgery, radiology/ultrasound, dental care, optical treatment, ECG, and circumcision for tumors.

More than 200 medical personnel of the PMS, including several specialists from United States, reinforced by members of the Oral Surgery Philippines – Pangasinan, Philippine Dental Association – Pangasinan, and other private practitioners, came and offered their medical services. (Kim Gealogo)
