VISPERAS’ SHORT STORY IN PANGASINAN WINS — The PUNCH’s Associate editor Eva Visperas receives her award for her article that won first prize in the National Commission for Culture and the Arts’ Writers’ Prize 2023 on December 9 at the NCCA Auditorium in Manila.
