NO PAIN, NO GAIN! — Not a few motorists are heard complaining about the seemingly worsening traffic situation in Dagupan City because of the simultaneous construction projects in the city’s main streets. But motorists who complained about the same situation in Metro Manila when overpasses were being constructed at the same time on main avenues, assure complaining motorists today -“Expect more convenience once the projects are completed.” (Punchphoto by Butch Uka 10/13/2023)
