MUKBANG ED DAYAT –  Lingayen residents and provincial government employees and officials, partake of food prepared early morning Friday (22 September) for the 1^st Mukbang ed Dayat: The Grand Boodle Picnic Fest for a cause activity held at the beachfront in Lingayen. The activity, organized by the provincial government through the health and wellness club, is part of the celebration of the 123^rd Philippine Civil Service anniversary.
