Security personnel of SM Malls hold Joint Tactical Inspection
THE Joint Tactical Inspection (JTI) and general assembly of security and agency personnel of SM Malls in Pangasinan and Tarlac was held on June 22, 2023 at SM City Rosales to
test the training management, emergency response skills, administrative efficiency and proficiency of security force assigned in SM Supermalls, SM Retail Group and its affiliates to ensure the safety of customers, employees and tenants.
During the JTI, security force’s firearms, gear, uniform, paraphernalia as well as communication equipment and other support gadgets were examined to ensure compliance to the standards set by the company. Likewise, agency personnel for janitorial services of the malls were also evaluated.
The guest of honor was P/Col Jeff Fanged, Pangasinan Police Provincial Office director. Sharing honors were SM Supermalls officials led by Engr. Bien C. Mateo, Charleston Tan, Victor Santiago, and SM Prime Holdings’ Almus J. Alabe, Marc Pe, and Rona B. Correa.
Security and other agency personnel were given certificates of commendation for their honesty and good deed in returning valuable recovered items to mall patrons. (SM)
