THE TREE-CUTTING BEGINS ANEW – A signboard is posted on the highway informing the public that the ongoing tree-cutting activity along the Urdaneta-Sta. Barbara-Calasaio highway is permitted by the DENR while personnel and equipment from the DPWH and the Provincial Engineering Office are busily cutting mango trees simultaneously on both sides of the highway.
