SUGAR CANE JUICE FOR PATUPAT –Domingo Dulay, 73, feeds newly harvested sugar cane from his farm into the mill (darapilan) in Pozorrubio to extract sugar cane juice for “patupat“, a sticky rice delicacy wrapped in coconut leaves.
