AN agricultural trading post, commonly known as a Bagsakan Center, will soon rise in Barangay Tomana West in Rosales town in partnership with the Department of Agriculture (DA).

This plan was reached during a recent discussion among Rosales Mayor Mayor Liam Cezar, ABONO Partylist Representative Robert ‘Eskimo’ Estrella Jr., and Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Kristine Evangelista.

The center will become a drop-off center for farm products to help provide a stable market for local farmers since they will be given a permanent site where they can sell their products straight from their farms.

The center will also offer consumers daily fresh products at an affordable price since all the farm produce will be weighed and priced according to DTI standards. (Ahikam Pasion)
