THE Sangguniang Panlalawigan confirmed the appointments of new provincial accountant, and provincial social welfare and development officer, both nominees of Gov. Ramon Guico III during its regular session on July 25.

Confirmed by the committee on reorganization were Marlon Operana as provincial accountant, Annabel Terrado Roque as new Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer.

Until his new appointment, Operana, a lawyer and accountant was municipal accountant of San Nicolas town.

Roque was the municipal social welfare and development officer of Binalonan town and previously served with the PSWDO in Lingayen town.  (Leonardo Micua)
