2 injured in poor motorcycle riding

TWO persons were injured, one critical, after their motorcycle failed to negotiate a sharp curve on a road in Barangay San Antonio in Santo Tomas town last June 15.

Police investigation showed victims Jayson Primero, of Camiling Tarlac, and his back-rider Ulysses Japson, 29, of Barangay Toboy, Asingan, were on board a scooter, when they fell on the road 1:40 a.m.

The duo was traversing the road to Alcala town when Primero lost control of his driven scooter on the sharp curve portion and crashed.

They were rushed to a hospital in Rosales town where Primero is still under observation, while Japson sustained minor injuries.

Police continue to advise the public to drive cautiously when surroundings are dark. (Ahikam Pasion)
