3 communist front group member surrender
THREE more members of a communist front organization (CFO) in Bayambang surrendered to the police.
The three who surrendered were identified as Marcia Thalia Lorenzana, 25; Elvira Baden, 58; and Jewel de la Cruz, 23, all of Barangay Manambng Sur, Bayambang.
The three are members of the Ulupan na Umbaley ed Camp Gregg Reservation in Bayambang under the umbrella of the Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas.
Upon their surrender to the joint police regional and provincial police led by the Regional Intelligence Unit 1, the three were documented and took their oath allegiance to the government.
They were later turned over to Barangay Manambog Sur chairman Alain Lacerna. (Leonardo Micua)
