Newly-weds disperse sea cucumber, abalone juveniles at HINP
NEWLY-weds from the Batch 3 of Alaminos City’s Libreng Kasal 2022 dispersed some 1,060 pieces of abalone and 300 pieces of sea cucumber juveniles at the Hundred Islands National Park.
These came from the hatchery at the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Regional Field Office 1 Regional Mariculture Technology Demonstration Center (RMaTDeC) in Lucap, Alaminos City.
They were released at the Quezon Island on May 19.
The BFAR said it was in support to the local government unit of Alaminos City’s campaign to promote environmental care and awareness, as well as strengthening its commitment to budding families. (Eva Visperas)
