Espino III leads the 442^nd Agew na Pangasinan celebration on April 5 via Thanksgiving Mass officiated by Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas at the Sison Auditorium followed by the ribbon-cutting of the 13^th Pangasinan Tourism and Trade Expo at the Capitol Beachfront.
