SIGNING OF TRIPARTITE MOU BETWEEN LGU-P’SINAN, DOH & PHILHEALTH. Governor Amado I. Espino III (center), Dr. Paula Paz N. Sydiongco, director of Department of Health-Center for Health Development (right), and PhilHealth Regional Vice President Dennis B. Adre (left), hold the signed copies of tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 1 for the implementation of universal health care integration. The MOU was formulated based on the provisions of the Universal Health Care Law or Republic Act No. 11223 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Serving as witnesses of the MOU signing, are: Provincial Administrator Nimrod S.
