Police nab 2 most wanted for rape
PANGASINAN’S two most wanted persons accused of rape were arrested separately on Dec. 18 in San Quintin and Batangas.
Joint police elements nabbed Florencio Gayo, 55, a Civilian Volunteer Organization member, and a resident of Barangay Baligayan in San Quintin town, was arrested for statutory rape with no bail by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 in Tayug town.
Meanwhile, a most wanted person in Pangasinan for rape, Danilo Palabay, 47, a native of Barangay Poblacion District II, Pozorrubio town and presently residing in Barangay Sampaguita Mabini, Batangas, was also arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Mabini, Batangas.
Palabay is also reportedly facing another criminal case in Batangas. (Eva Visperas)
