NO FEAR. NO CHILD SUPERVISION – The community  in Sitio Cabarwan, Brgy. Banaoang, Calasiao town is not the least concerned about rising COVID-19 cases in the town  and the vulnerability of children to the disease. Children are not made to wear face masks during playtime .Worse,  no parent or adult from the barangay cares to supervise the children’s activities. (Punchphoto by Butch Uka)
