LGU-P’SINAN IS TESDA 2021 NAT’L KABALIKAT AWARDEE. Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III (2^nd from left) receives the plaque of recognition conferred to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan as TESDA 2021 National Kabalikat Awardee for its its exemplified contribution in the advancement of Technical Vocational and Education Training (TVET) in the country.
