GOV. ESPINO VOWS CONTINUOUS SERVICE OF ABIG PANGASINAN. Governor Amado I. Espino III assures continuous service of the Provincial Government through the Abig Pangasinan Karaban to reach and assist more Pangasinenses across the province. Governor Espino also reiterated his call for unity and love for family and province to overcome the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
