THERE will be 436 local employment opportunities that will be offered during the Independence Day virtual job fair organized by the Bayambang municipal government, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)–Central Pangasinan.

Panfilo Dioquino, labor and employment officer of DOLE-Central Pangasinan, said jobseekers may avail of these job openings on June 12, starting from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. through online platforms.

Dioquino said the event aims to bring job opportunities closer to Pangasinenses seeking employment and fresh graduates aspiring to work despite the restrictions brought about by the pandemic.

The virtual jobs fair, sponsored by the local government of Bayambang, is open to all job applicants.

He said all jobseekers may apply in the job fair by downloading and filling-out the DOLE NSRP Form 1 using this link: bit.ly/DOLE-NSRP-Form1 and to apply via http://bit.ly/DOLE-CompanyRegistration

After their registration, applicants should prepare themselves to be interviewed via Zoom on June 12 and be one of those hired-on-the-spot.

Positions for local employment include service crews, staff nurses, nursing assistants, online teachers, merchandisers, sales promoters, baristas, salesmen, technicians, business development specialists, cashiers, sales representatives, branch supervisors, quality officers, 2D echo technologists, auto mechanics, and customer service representatives.

This year’s celebration of the 123rd Independence Day is anchored on the theme “Kalayaan 2021: Diwa sa Pagkakaisa at Paghilom ng Bayan.” (PIA Pangasinan/ESMS)
