DFA extends application for foreign service exam
THE deadline for submission of application for the Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) 2021 Foreign Service Officer examinations has been extended.
Anna Bautista, information officer designate of the DFA Consular Office in Calasiao, said the DFA-Board of Foreign Service Examinations will continue to accept applications till June 10, 2021.
The qualifying test in Region 1 will be held on August 22, 2021 in San Fernando City, La Union.
The FSO exam has five phases: qualifying test, preliminary interview, written test, psychological test and oral test.
Passers of the FSO examination will be appointed as Foreign Service Officers, Class IV and must be willing to accept foreign or domestic assignments.
