ABIG PANGASINAN IN AGUILAR, TAYUG. Governor Amado I. Espino III led the Provincial Government in bringing various services of the Abig Pangasinan Karaban in Sitio Mapita, Barangay Laoag, Aguilar (upper photo) and Barangay Panganiban, Tayug (lower photo) on February 20 and 25, respectively. A brainchild project of Governor Espino, the Abig Pangasinan is a socio-economic recovery program with the goal to uplift the lives of Pangasinenses and allow them to recover from the adverse effects of COVID-19.
