A two-year-old child died in a drowning incident in Barangay Tocok in San Fabian early evening last Wednesday.

Police investigation showed JP Pereras, a resident of the barangay, was left unattended while playing outside the family home located beside a creek.

Moments later, a neighbor noticed the kid, floating on the creek. The child was immediately pulled out and rushed to a hospital, but was declared dead on arrival. (Ahikam Pasion)
