MATERIAL FACILITY RECOVERY BY THE ROADSIDE — There was a time when “Huwag magtapon ng basura dito” warning was painted on many walls as the thing to do to stop the disposal of garbage in public areas. Today, the city government decided to do just that to promote clean environmental by installing a garbage bin by the Franklin Bridge, tourist landmark, where residents can dispose of their trash in public view. (Punchphoto by Butch Uka)
