Only 10 towns are COVID-19 free
AS of July 23, only 10 of the 44 towns of Pangasinan are considered COVID-19- free.
This was confirmed the Provincial Health Office (PHO).
The towns without any single COVID-19 case so far are Anda, Bolinao, Dasol, Aguilar, Alcala, Mangaldan, Mapandan, Villasis, Balungao and Tayug.
Meanwhile, the province, including Dagupan City, registered 168 COVID-19 cases, 52 are active or confined patients,106 have recovered and 10 had died.
The 52 active cases are from San Nicolas (8), San Carlos City (6), Dagupan City (5), Sual (4), San Manuel (3), Asingan (3), Malasiqui (3), Sto. Tomas (2), Calasiao (2), Burgos (2), Basista (2), Laoac (2), Labrador (1), Manaoag (1), Mangatarem (1), Rosales (1), Sta. Barbara (1), Binalonan (1), San Fabian (1) and Bautista (1).
The 106 who recovered are from Dagupan City, (27), Urdaneta (5), San Carlos (5), Agno (4), three each from Malasiqui (3), Bayambang (3), San Fabian (3), Bani (3), Binmaley (3), Basista (3), Pozorrubio (2), Rosales (2), Infanta (2), Sto. Tomas (2), Mangatarem (2), Umingan (2), Labrador (2, Binalonan (1), Laoac (1), Mabini, (1) Sta. Maria (1), Calasiao (1), San Jacinto (1), Sison (1), Urbiztondo, (1) Natividad (1) and Manaoag (1).
The 10 deaths were one each from Rosales, Bayambang, Basista, Urbiztondo, Lingayen, San Fabian, Dagupan, Alaminos City and Labrador, and two from Dagupan. (Leonardo Micua)
