Teen kills friend after losing in Mobile Legends
A 24-year-old man was stabbed by his 18-year-old friend in Rosales after winning in a game of Mobile Legends.
The victim, John Angelo Paulo, attended a birthday party in Barangay San Isidro, and met his neighbor and friend Jeric Espanto.
An investigation by the Rosales PNP revealed that Paulo and Espanto decided to play a game of Mobile Legends and Espanto lost the match.
When Paulo taunted his friend for losing, Espanto became enraged and a heated argument followed then turned into a brawl. Espanto took hold of a knife and stabbed Paulo in the abdomen. The suspect quickly fled away.
Paulo was immediately rushed to the hospital, but died afterwards.
The police are currently hunting Espanto who went into hiding. (Ahikam Pasion).
