Learnings in Life
Philosophy of Life

Here’s an article I read in The Meaning of Life’s page on Facebook that I’d like to share, something that we can all learn from.
Distance yourself from the people who:
- Lie to you
- Disrespect you
- Use You
- Put you down
Never lie to someone who trusts you. Never trust someone who lies to you. Be yourself. People don’t have to like you and you don’t have to care. Your best teacher is your last mistake. Never ague with someone who believes their own lies.
When it hurts, observe. Life is trying to teach you something. Be soft kind and loving but also take nobody’s shit. Distance never kills a relation, closeness never builds a relation. It’s the caring of one’s feeling that builds faith and maintains a relation.
Be happy with the little that you have because there are people with nothing and still manage to smile. Choose those who choose you. Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end. Life is too short to get caught up in the things that don’t even matter. Forgive people in your life, even those who are not sorry for their action. Holding on to anger only hurts you not them.
If you don’t leave your past in the past, it will destroy your future. Live for that today has to offer not for what yesterday has taken away. You are the problem / and only you are the solution. Don’t waste your life trying to impress others. Don’t give up. The beginning is always the hardest. Strong people don’t put others down. They lift them up. Anyone can say they care. But watch their actions, not their words. Be happy. You’ll never know how much time you have left.
