PNP Deputy Director for Operations and COVID Shield Commander Police Lt. General Guillermo Eleazar recently checked the border checkpoints in Rosales and Pozorrubio from TPLEX.

Eleazar reminded personnel at checkpoints that only authorized persons outside the residence (APOR) i.e., food and drug provider, medical and security services can pass through.

He said they should rigorously check that persons accompanying APOR have quarantine passes, ID and travel passes.  Z

Eleazar, accompanied by Pangasinan Provincial Police Director Colonel Redrico A. Maranan and the chiefs of police of Pozorrubio and the town of Rosales, commended the strict implementation of the IATF protocol guidelines in both checkpoints. (Nora Dominguez)
