‘CITIES AROUND THE WORLD’ EXPERIENCE AT THE CAPITOL COMPLEX. The provincial government of Pangasinan led by Governor Amado I. Espino III invites Pangasinenses from all walks of life to visit the Capitol Complex in Lingayen where buildings now are adorned with sights and complemented by sounds of big cities all around the world. The Paskuan ed Kapitolyo, a Christmas village which is now on its 2nd year was opened on December 6, and will be featured for the whole month of December.
