Mayor’s security aide killed in ambush
URBIZTONDO–The
police are still facing a blank wall in connection with its ongoing
investigation into the ambush-slaying of the closed-in security and driver of
Mayor Martin Raul Sison of Urbiztondo in the early morning of November 24.
The
victim, Jerick Caguioa, 24, was reportedly going home on his motorcycle at past
7:00 a.m. when four unidentified armed men riding two motorcycles ambushed
him.
The
report form the PNP Regional Office 1 said the bloodied Caguioa, who managed to
drive to the Urbiztondo Police Stations to ask for help, was rushed to the
Jesus Healing Hands Hospital in Urbiztondo before he was transferred to the
Villa Milagrosa Medical Center in San Carlos City where he expired.
According
to witnesses, the suspects were wearing crash helmets.
