SP fetes young mining engineer for topping the 2019 licensure exam
THE provincial government officially extended its congratulations Rachel Angela Penuliar Ferrer who emerged topnotcher in the August 2019 Mining Engineering Licensure Examination.
The provincial board unanimously approved Provincial Resolution No. 74-2019 authored by Board Members Vici M. Ventanilla and Angel M. Baniqued, Jr., entitled, “Commending and Congratulating Rachel Angela Penuliar Ferrer for her Exemplary Achievement as Topnotcher in the August 2019 Mining Engineering Licensure Examination, thus bringing honor to the Province of Pangaisnan,” during their regular session on August 19.
Ferrer, a native of Barangay Jimenez in Mapandan and the daughter of Jhun and. Fina Ferrer, earned her Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. She obtained a 91.20% rating out of the 375 examinees. (PIO/SMDG)
