3^RD INTER-LGU UNITY GAMES CEREMONIAL TOSS. Governor Amado I. Espino, III takes center court to lead the ceremonial toss prior to the LGU-Labrador and LGU-Binmaley game in the 3^rd Inter-LGU Unity Games.
