4TH BATCH OF REFORMERS COMPLETE INTEGRATED REFORMATION PROGRAM — The fourth batch of reformists consisting of 21 individuals from Binmaley town, have completed the four-day Integrated Reformation Program at the Pangasinan Reformation Center (PRC) located in the municipality of Burgos. Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emilio Samson, who represented Gov. Amado I. Espino, III at the closing ceremony on January 25, disclosed that the Espino administration’s priority concern for the reformers is to provide each of them life-changing opportunity to return to their families and become productive members in their respective communities. /RRB (Photo by MVS)
