POGI SPORTSFEST 2018

LINGAYEN – Team Benchmark aced two wins in the duathlon competition of Pagalaw tan Olupan ed Gobyerno Itanduro (POGI) Capitol sportsfest held December 5 along the stretch of Lingayen Baywalk.

Rex Matthew P. Ambanloc and Filmonex Dela Cruz of Team Benchmark emerged as champions in the male category; and Ayesha Michelle Torres and Diana Pagsolingan Garcia bagged championship in the female category.

Runners-up in the male category overall ranking are: Benchmark (Dexter Espiritu and Eugene Claveria); Generals (Edmund Gumapas and Loreto Peralto); Generals (Jitch Andrade and Robinson Cerantes); Warriors (Hirson Hidalgo and Jan Marlon De Vera), Medics (Banta Pablito and Orlando Espinosa); Urduja (Syron Cruz and Jaime Aquino); and Builders (Anthony Santos and Noril Rodriguez).

Runners-up in the female category overall ranking are: Benchmark (Nieza Giron and Julane Fontelera); Builders (Monaliza Manaois and Melanie Ramos); Warriors (Hazel Gonzales and Van Everlyn Manuel); Generals (Roda Velasco and Maila Hernandez); Generals (Willy Ann Joves and Joan Marie Fernandez); Financiers (Novy Marie Cruz and Clarence Santiago); and Medics (Shen Anson).

The POGI Sporstfest 2018 will also feature a unity fun run with a maximum of 20 participants each team to compete on December 12, also in the same venue (PIO/SMDG)
