MASSIVE DISTRIBUTION OF SEEDLINGS AND PLANTING MATERIALS. Governor Amado I. Espino, III and Provincial Agriculturist Dalisay Moya flash the Pangasinan number one sign along with representatives from 51 recipient groups of 9,200 pieces of tree seedling and planting materials, which will be planted during the rainy season. Recipient groups (elementary and high schools, goat raisers’ associations, irrigators’ and farmers’ associations, and barangay councils) that received the seedlings at the Provincial Agriculture Center in Tebag, Sta.
