THE expansion of the Datuin Machine Works (DMW) in Calasiao is certain after it received P1,128,000 worth of assistance for the acquisition precision machinery used in its series.

According to Engr. Bryan V. Datuin, Manager of DMW, the 28-year-old company expects to increase productivity and generate additional employment. The assistance was made possible by the the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program.

Among the regular clients of DMW include Philex Mining Corporation, National Irrigation Administration in Region 1 and 2, Universal Leaf Tobacco Corporation, Pepsi Cola Bottling Company, Sual Power Plant, Mhel Bhen Bus Line and Barangay Machine Works.
