60 STREET VENDORS RECEIVE NEGOKART — Sixty street vendors whose food products have good potentials because of their quality and tastes receive their own food carts on April 5 to further improve their business and income. This is the city’s way of helping small entrepreneurs earn a decent living under its Project B.EL.E.N. or Building Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Enhancement, which is just in time for the Bangus Festival and the DOLE’s Negosyo sa Kariton Project.
