THE FAMILY THAT SERVES TOGETHER–Christopher “Toff” de Venecia files his certificate of candidacy for the post as Representative of the Fourth District of Pangasinan before the Provincial Elections Office while his mother Rep. Gina de Venecia, who earlier withdrew her certificate of candidacy, and his father, former Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. await the completion of the substitution process.
