Virman Paul is the son of the late Manuel Coquia of Calasiao-Dagupan City and Virginia Mandapat of San Carlos City. He is a DJ member of the world famous hip hop band, Far East Movement based in Los Angeles, California while
Josephine, the daughter of Arthur and Victoria Cura from Angeles City and Arayat, Pampanga, is a microbiologist at the University of California Irvine Medical Center.
Virman Paul proposed marriage to Josephine on May 26, 2014 in Paris, France.
