DAGUPAN TAKES WORLD CENTER STAGE — Dagupan City Mayor Belen T. Fernandez fields questions from APEC participants about the biggest challenge being faced by Dagupan as a growing urban city before the international community composed of 28 Asia Pacific Economies.

She spoke on the solution adopted by the city government in solving its decades-old problem of garbage disposal and dumpsite through the Waste-to-Worth project of Procter and Gamble and the Asian Development Bank.
