KAYA KO ‘TO NANG WALANG DROGA –– The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), in coordination with the Department of Education Region 1 and Dagupan City, conducted a Provincial Inter-School Play Competition (ISPLACOM) at CSI Stadia on September 9 on the theme: “Kaya Ko ‘To Nang Walang Droga”. Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (left) thanked DDB Chairman Antonio “Bebot” Villar Jr. for his unwavering support to the city when he contributed P20 million for the construction of a rehabilitation center in Bonuan Binloc.
