Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ALEX P. NAVARRO, who died intestate on July 8, 2007 at Dagupan City, consisting of a Three (3) parcel of land all situated at Dagupan City, containing an area of 89 sqmtrs, 125 sqmtrs, and141 sqmtrs, declared under Tax Decl. Nos. 4130235, 4210440 and 21-587-1, are the subject of self-adjudication and extra-judicial partition with quitclaims in favor of GLENN JOSE E. NAVARRO that Tax Decl. No. 4130235 with certain 89 sqmtrs only, and GERALD, MA. GEMINI ELIZA, GENSON, JOHANN and JESUS, all surnamed NAVARRO that over Tax Decl. No. 4210440 and Tax Decl. No. 21-587-1, under Doc. No. 149; Page No. 31; Book No. XXIX; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Baltazar V. Servito.
