CERTIFICATE OF SALE

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on July 15, 2014, in the City of Urdaneta, Pangasinan, by virtue of the Writ of Execution dated October 4, 2013, issued by ATTY. BERNADETTE E. PALTING, Clerk of Court VI, Regional Trial Court, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, in the above-entitled case, and after having complied with the pertinent provisions and requirements of Rule 39, Rules of Court, I have sold at Public Auction all the rights, interests, participation and title which the defendants GABRIEL N. QUINIO and PAULINA QUINIO, have or might have over the 450 square meters Northern side of that parcel of land with the improvements existing thereon situated at Brgy. Nama, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, covered by Tax Declaration No. 23607 and ARP No. 027-00554, containing an area of Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty Three (8,243) Square Meters and that the plaintiff FRANK ANDRES BANGAO thru his wife NORMA K. BANGAO, has bid the amount of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUN-DRED NINETY SIX PESOS & 08/100 (P570,896.08), and there being no other bidder, the sale was adjudicated tot eh said plaintiff, for the amount above-stated. Said parcel of land and all improvements existing thereon is described as follows.

TAX DECLARATION NO. 23607

“FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY (450) square meters, northern side portion of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Nama, Municipality of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan. Bounded on the North by Road by Barrio road, on the South by Dionisio Perez and Irrigation canal; on the East by creek; and on the West by Agustin Atiwa. Containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE (8,243) SQUARE METERS.”

I HEREBY CERTIFY further that by virtue of said Writ of Execution, an Order dated December 9, 2014, was issued by ELIZABETH L. BERDAL, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 47, Urdaneta City, confirming the sale conducted by the undersigned on July 15, 2014.
