Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late TEODORO ESTAYO, who died intestate in 2002 at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 6,918 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT No. P-29099, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with absolute sale of portion of land in favor of JEMELLE CABALLERO, that certain 2,500 sq. meters, more or less only, under Doc. No. 264; Page No. 54; Book No. X; Series of 2015, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
