McADORE TURNOVER– Outgoing Mayor Benjamin Lim receives the Deed of Absolute Sale and the original Transfer of Certificates of Title for the McAdore International Palace Facility from Crisanta Legaspi, deputy privatization officer of the Privatization Management Office. The McAdore Hotel was bought and paid for by Dagupan City in five equal annual installments without interest totaling P50 million ostensibly to convert it into the city’s government center, and the site of a new city hall.
