MAYORA TO THE SEA –Mayor Belen Fernandez gives the risso dolphin which she named “Mayora”, a motherly caress when she visited it at the National Integrated Fisheries Technology and Development Center (NIFTDC) last May 29. The dolphin was found by fishermen stranded in Sitio Sabangan in Bonuan Gueset last May 23 and was promptly brought to NIFTDC to have its wounds treated.
