Dagupan Certified products at SM Mega Trade Fair
DAGUPAN City’s certified products have been on display at the Sikat Pinoy National Food Fair at SM Mega Mall since March 25 and ends today, March 29.
More the 150 exhibitors from all over the country are promoting their regional delicacies and culinary specialties under the theme “Piling-Piling Pagkaing Pilipino.”
Among the certified products of Dagupan that were promoted were marinated deboned Dagupan bangus, rillenong Dagupan bangus (stuffed milkfish), smoked (tinapa) Dagupan bangus, ginisang alamang (sautéed shrimp fry), monamon (salted anchovies), and dried fish from Barangay Pugaro.
The local producers who participated in the event were Ciudad Bangusan, La Catalina, Chanos, Delia Vidal, Maria Endang, Nana Cion, Kulitz, Yummy’s Best, Carlyn and Ang Love ni Noreen, coordinated by the city tourism office. (CIO)
