Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PEDRO CEREZO & BEN V. CEREZO, who died on Sept. 30, 1974 and July 17, 2005 at Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Botao, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,400 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 07410, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement and estate with donations in favor of RODOLFO B. CEREZO, JR., under Doc. No. 277; Page No. 55; Book No. XI; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Carlito Soriano.
