Lasip Chico, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of unirrig. riceland situated at Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan containing an area of 10,860 sq. meters, more or less declared under Tax Decl. No. 00266, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of ALICIA D. CLAVERIA, under Doc No. 154, Page No. 32; Book No. XIV; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Emmanuel Noah C. Siapno.
