BEHOLD THE GRANDEUR OF THE MINOR BASILICA — The majestic grandeur of the brightly-lit altar of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary in Manaoag was a sight to behold never seen before by devotees. The cardinals and bishops sat, garbed in their immaculate white vestments, wearing their red skull caps, their presence highlighted by the gold-painted altar in the background with spotlights enhancing the golden glimmer radiating from the statue of the miraculous Lady of the Rosary while Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle delivered the homily.
