VALENTINES DAY WITH HERRERO-PEREZ SENIOR CITIZENS – It has always been an annual tradition for senior citizens in Barangay Herrero-Perez to celebrate Valentine’s Day together. And this year was no exception when this Sunday, February 15, Mayor Belen Fernandez was invited by the Barangay Senior Citizens Association, headed by president Leonor Gallang, in an afternoon of fun-filled activities, such as musical numbers, ballroom dancing, and bingo games. Fernandez assured the elderly that the city government will continue to support their sector through various programs and projects. Joining Fernandez in the program were Herrero-Perez punong barangay Marilyn Mendoza, BASCA vice president Carmelita Duque, barangay officials, and former punong barangay Salvacion Bravo.
